I went on a thrifting binge on Saturday and I stocked up on scarves to wear around my neck. This is one of my new ones. These photos are from Sunday... I was so excited to watch the Mad Men series finale and I think I was channeling Peggy when I was getting dressed. The old fashioned's pictured above were also in celebration for the finale.

How cool is this bag? I usually stick to neutrals with my clothes but I love to have a pop of something in my accessories. This bag is perfect for that.
One of my favorite items to get at a thrift store is 100% silk blouses. I don't think I ever leave a thrift store without one. I found this one a few weeks ago and I love it. Everything I'm wearing is vintage except for my jeans and shoes.

I love wearing things in ways they were not made to be worn. This skirt is actually a poncho. I love it as a poncho as well and belted as a dress. I made another one of my Free People ponchos into a skirt and I wanted try again. I love the way that it flows. Try something new. Creativity is a muscle.
I love the way that these pants pick up shadows. The color is perfect as well. These were bought as a part of my no more 'relying on your black skinny jeans for everything' plan.
