I love playing with layers, textures, and lengths. I wear a lot of black and by mixing different structural elements black becomes a whole new medium. Black isn't boring. Change the way you look at it. 

I love the way that these pants pick up shadows. The color is perfect as well. These were bought as a part of my no more 'relying on your black skinny jeans for everything' plan.

I finally found cropped jeans that look right on me. And I'm never taking them off. Again, I was in a major style-rut. I cannot even count the amount of times I've worn my black skinny jeans in the past year (sorry black skinny jeans, I love you). But I need an update and I need to stop being lazy with my day-to-day outfits. What about you? Are you feeling stuck? Try something new tomorrow.
