I've returned from California (and a spontaneous trip to Nashville) feeling renewed. Travel is essential for me... wanderlust constantly pulls at my heart. I'm already planning my next journey. Patiently awaiting the next part of the world I'll be in and the people I will meet.

I'm currently avoiding finishing packing for a trip to California tomorrow. By the time this posts I'll already be there. I've decided not to take my computer for many reasons and to wait and post about the trip when I return home. If anyone has any suggestions for Napa Valley or San Francisco please send them my way. I'll be posting to my Instagram throughout my trip though!

This dress has been sitting at the back of my closet for a few years. I was recently styling a friend and we were talking about how we would love to see how some of our style icons would style our closet. Since I wasn't able to have one of my style icons come and style my closet I decided to look at my own clothes with fresh eyes.

I paired this dress (which is old Free People) with my favorite leather jacket and Isabel Marant boots to make it a little more casual.
