Home Archive for February 2015

A few snapshots from the past few days. I'm wearing a leather jacket from the markets in Florence, a Truly Madly Deeply Tee, & my favorite Citizens of Humanity Rocket jeans. We had a family get together on Sunday and I tried this DuMOL Pinot Noir. I definitely recommend it.  I have a thing for orange roses and black lace bras.  This bra is from Free People. I love the criss cross detail in the back.

I'm wearing a sweater from Urban Outfitters, Free People Sunglasses & Jeans, and Acne Studios heels.

I'm wearing Free People sunglasses & jeans, Zara Blazer, Belt by Su-Shi (purchased from Free People) & Isabel Marant ankle boots. I've been looking for a belt like this for a long time. I love how it adds just the right touch to my 'uniform' of black & white.

I'm currently working on a lot of projects & I am so excited to share them. I am thinking of new ways to create and share as well. I will be over hauling my blog in the next few weeks. It is time for an update & for me to have a more creative and pleasing site.
What is everyone else working on? Any recent inspirations? I would love to hear.
Go for it.

Today I'm wearing a Free People blazer and top, Ralph Lauren leather pants, & Isabel Marant leather boots.

Enjoy the process. Enjoy the journey.

The weather has had me dreaming of spring. I love finding new ways to wear the most simple of items. These ripped knee flare jeans by Free People are really amazing. My top is also by Free People.
I just finished reading Invisible Cities by Italo Calvino and I really enjoyed it. It had me dreaming of distant lands and the feeling that you get when you travel somewhere new.

"Arriving at each new city, the traveler finds again a past of his that he did not know he had: the foreignness of what you no longer are or no longer possess lies in wait for you in foreign, unpossessed places"

What are you reading?

I found this beautiful Yohji Yamamoto jacket on Ebay last week and I had to snatch it up. I've always been drawn to Yohji's designs and him as a person. I've always felt like clothes were the armor for the day and this is one of those pieces that defines that feeling.

I'm also wearing pants from Reformation, Isabel Marant ankle boots, & vintage sunglasses.
